It’s that time of year to apply for an IACE grant to implement or enhance an Italian Program in your school. Please visit our website at
www.iacelanguage.org to view what types of grants we have available. You will be able to download applications, view sample proposals and obtain other useful information.
Please note that the deadline for schools and districts to submit their application and proposal is:
May 31, 2009 for the Teacher Salary Grant and the Educational Material Grant.
The Italian American Committee on Education (IACE) is an American non-profit organization which promotes the study of the Italian language and culture from an early age throughout the tri-state area in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut by providing funds to start or enhance an Italian program. The organization receives funding from the Italian Government and operates under the supervision of the Consulate General of Italy in New York.
